Jeff Courcier – PT
The Courcier Clinic
Mel and I grew up here in OK. We met in P.T. school in ’94, graduated in ’96 and married later that year. Travelling P.T.s for 1st 2 years-much fun, much travel eastern and southern U.S. Settled down in OK, 2 kids-Nikolas(16), Carly(14).
Clinical practice dramatically changed after I was injured and ultimately had L5/S1 disc surgery and got no relief from severe pain and N and T. This led me to Dr Ed Stiles D.O. and began journey of learning his very powerful style of “Sequenced Manual Therapy.” These skills led to opening of our clinic 8 years ago, and much teaching in clinic. We are strongly influenced by our Christian faith and have many patients who are attracted to our clinic because of our faith.

The Human Performance & Wellness Center
Traditionally, doctors wrote prescriptions for drugs. At The Human Performance and Wellness Center (THPAWC), Dr. David Haught will write prescriptions for fitness and nutrition programs!
Our staff of fitness and nutrition professionals, who are educated, trained and certified to execute these prescriptions, will execute these programs for health and wellness.
THPAWC is our community’s single greatest weapon against the Obesity Epidemic. Our patients and members of our community, young and old alike, are suffering from the metabolic syndromes resulting from obesity and overweight conditions such as: diabetes, osteoporosis, CAD, COPD, CHF, and more. Most of them suffer due to physical inactivity and poor eating habits.
The US is spending over 2 trillion dollars (that’s 2,000,000,000,000) per year in medical and health care costs, 80% of which is a result of lifestyle choices.
THPAWC wants to help stop, and reverse, this epidemic through physical therapy, health and wellness education, fitness and lifestyle coaching, personal training and nutrition consultation services.
It’s much less expensive than using medications, and the only side effects are more energy, a more physically-fit body and a longer life!

Lisa Taglauer – Beth Winkler
When future owners Beth Winkler and Lisa Taglauer started talking about opening a physical therapy practice more than a decade ago, they were dreaming. They envisioned a place where patients would normally receive at least 30 minutes of personal manual therapy; the gym would be stocked with state-of-the-art equipment, doctors would refer patients because of great outcomes; highly-trained physical therapists and dedicated support staff would work there, and, most importantly, patients would experience tremendous results.
They opened the doors in August 2005 and the dream came true. Unfortunately, the dream lasted for about two weeks until Hurricane Katrina and the levee failures hit New Orleans. Like the city they grew up in and love, Beth and Lisa fought back and took their small struggling one-room clinic and built it up to the reality it is today: an independent, women-owned physical therapy practice with three locations (and growing) that believes physical therapy should not only restore people, but it should also provide them FREEDOM FROM PAIN.

Will Humphreys , PT
Rise Rehab Specialists
Will was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. It was as a high school senior that he first became introduced to the field of Physical Therapy when he became a patient himself after a critical rock climbing accident that left him with broken arms, wrists, legs and ankles. During this time, he decided he wanted to become a Physical Therapist and began planning his college path to do so.
After High School, Will attended Brigham Young University Idaho in Rexburg, Idaho, and also served a two-year mission for his Church in the country of Guatemala. He returned to Brigham Young University, where he met and married his wife, Heather, and then transferred colleges, returning to El Paso to attend the University of Texas at El Paso for their Physical Therapy Masters Program.
Will spent three years in the Physical Therapy Program at UTEP and while there, served as his Class President. After graduating from the program, Will and his family moved to Chandler, Arizona to pursue a career in Physical Therapy.
Thus began Affinity Physical Therapy, which Will has owned and run for 5 years in Florence, Arizona as well as his most recent expansions in Coolidge, Arizona and the City of Anthem.
Will has also served on the Florence Chamber of Commerce, sponsored many local events including the MS Bike Race and the Anthem Annual Health Fair. He also donates much of his time to participating in his Church and working with the Boy Scouts.

John Krupa, PD, CEO
Lisa Richter, President
John W. Krupa III, PT
Licensed as a physical therapist in 1986, John has owned and independently operated outpatient physical therapy clinics since 1991. Because of his experience and success in the physical therapy field, John has been included in the National Register’s Who’s Who in Executive & Professionals, has served as Vice-Chair of the Long Island District New York APTA, has been selected to (and served on) the New York State Board of Physical Therapy and has consulted a hospital through a successful improvement in the efficiency of their outpatient physical therapy services rendered.
Listening to people, caring for people, getting results for people and simply making a positive difference in the lives of others has been John’s driving force throughout his professional and personal endeavors. In 2015, John moved his family to Loudoun County to bring his passion and commitment to providing Quality Care to the South Riding and Stone Ridge area.
For John and the environment he has created at Chiron Physical Therapy, Quality Care is not a catch phrase. It is how we make the individual feel when they interact with our office (before, during and after each treatment session). It is the compassion we embody to an individual who is in pain and has had their life suddenly interrupted. It is the flexibility we show in assisting the individual schedule appointments around their busy lives. It is the passion we show about what we do and how we do it. It is our ability to listen and truly hear what the individual says (and doesn’t say) and what they wish to accomplish (their goals). It is our commitment to educating the individual on their injury, the course of treatment before them and how to prevent re-occurrence. For John, Quality Care is not simply what we do. For John Quality Care is WHO WE ARE.
Before moving to Loudoun County, John served his hometown for 17 years as a volunteer fireman, served on the Board of Directors of his church and remains an avid fan of the New York Islanders, New York Mets and Dallas Cowboys. A former collegiate runner, John has a passion for an active lifestyle and enjoys cycling, golfing, swimming and playing basketball.
Lisa S Richter
As President of Chiron Physical Therapy, Lisa is committed to making a difference in the lives of others each and every day. Believing that goals are attainable, decisions are easy when values are clear and we are able to impact others by what we say (or don’t say) and by what we do (or don’t do), Lisa’s professional and personal philosophy have been shaped by her faith and life-long participation in athletics / wellness endeavors.
With an innate desire to challenge, lift up and transform others into the best version of themselves, Lisa has a passion for learning and acquiring knowledge from others and has continually sought out those opportunities throughout her career. She does not believe knowledge is found exclusively in books or courses but rather that learning opportunities exist daily all around us. To that end, don’t be surprised if she will ask questions in an attempt to connect and learn from you or if she is quick to share information if you ask.
Born and raised on Long Island, Lisa has a Master’s Degree in Education, a Master’s Degree in Sports Marketing and will have her certification in Nutrition Counseling in 2019. She is a fan of the Dallas Cowboys and New York Yankees, enjoys cooking with friends (and red wine), golfing and old movies and especially loves spending time with her niece and nephews.

Northern Physical Therapy
We opened Northern Physical Therapy in Ogdensburg in 1996 and with your support over the past 20 years, we have expanded our community to include Clayton and Evans Mills. Our enthusiastic team of physical therapists is as committed to helping you live your life without pain or limitation.
Upon returning to the North Country to raise our family, we discovered that the availability of high quality physical therapy care for the residents of the region was missing. We wanted to make our community a better place and decided to develop our vision of a practice that was devoted to improving the overall health of everyone in the community.
Our dream was to provide a facility that would provide the highest level of care with comprehensive one-on-one evaluations, hands-on manual therapy and advanced techniques provided by the best, highly trained physical therapists in the area. We also dedicated ourselves to our patients by providing them with exceptional customer service and in return, they have dedicated themselves to us and refer their friends and family!

Christina Panetta – PT
Panetta Physical Therapy
Our mission started with Christina Panetta, PT, a graduate of Stony Brook University and the national chairperson for the Try PT First Campaign, who founded Panetta Physical Therapy in 1987. After setting up our first physical therapy clinic inside Amritraj Racquet & Health Club (now the World Gym) in Bay Shore, NY, Panetta soon became known for our unique blend of hands-on physical therapy, as well as exercise programs that can be delivered in either the facility’s sophisticated gym or warm therapeutic pool. With over 500 area physicians referring their patients to us, Panetta opened a second clinic in Roslyn, NY to service the increasing demand from New York City and Nassau County.
Doctors often send their patients to Panetta because of our physical therapists’ technical expertise and our result-driven programs, but patients tell us the thing that sets us apart is the incredible care and attention they receive here. Treatment starts with a thorough evaluation to determine the underlying cause of your problem. From there, we develop a detailed, individualized plan of care. As a patient, you will be assigned a patient care coordinator and matched with a physical therapist who can best help you achieve your personal goals.
With both early morning and late evening hours available, and a friendly staff to help you navigate the insurance paperwork, we can help you make quick strides toward improved, injury-free motion.

Brian E Prell, Owner / Physical Therapist
Rehabilitation & Performance Center
Brian Prell graduated from the Physical Therapy program at North Georgia College and State University in 2002. Prior to physical therapy, he worked in the field of Respiratory Therapy as a therapist treating patients with a wide variety of cardiopulmonary disorders. After graduating from PT school, Brian began working with a national physical therapy organization in both a treating role and as a clinical director, developing and implementing clinic protocols and services for creating meaningful patient experiences. It was during this time he felt called to move into the world of private practice. Brian is the owner of Rehabilitation and Performance Center with two locations at Lake Oconee/ Eatonton, GA and in Watkinsville, GA.
He is nationally known for his work in physical therapy including an emphasis in the treatment of vestibular and non-vestibular disorders. “I am passionate about the way we do Physical Therapy for a reason. To provide patients with an exceptional experience and setting them up for the best possible opportunity for success. At Rehabilitation and Performance Center we LOVE what we do and we strive do it with excellence!” Brian is married to his beautiful wife, Leigh, and they have three amazing kiddo’s, Braeden, Ansleigh, and Cailyn
At Rehabilitation and Performance Center we are different…on purpose. A few years ago, a journalist was interviewing me about our practice. During the interview she asked me a common question but my answer surprised her. She asked me, “Why are you passionate about Physical Therapy?” My response? I am not passionate about Physical Therapy…I’m passionate about the way WE do Physical Therapy.
While I was in PT school a professor, who I had great respect for, shared with the class how to develop the model for an ideal practice. This model was very patient centric and focused on evidence based medicine, providing one-on-one care, engaging with patients, and providing an environment which allows staff to develop relationships with the people in the communities in which we practice. Then, on graduation, he said if we ever found this type of practice we needed to join it and grow there, because they are few and far between. I never forgot that message.
After practicing for a few years with a national organization, an opportunity was made available to possibly move into the area of private practice. My vision for the practice would be to create that very practice my professor spoke of in PT school. Despite the detractors who told me it couldn’t be done and despite being told that business model would never be sustainable over time…
Despite all that, we opened Rehabilitation and Performance Center in March 2009 in Greensboro, GA at Lake Oconee in a 1700 sq. ft. space. Since then, we have expanded to a 3200 sq. ft. space and have added an aquatics therapy pool and many additional services. We have continued to grow and provide individual care to the residents of the community and surrounding areas. Things are good…great actually.

OnetoOne Physical Therapy is number one with patients. Through the years, OnetoOne has grown from physician referrals to patients referring friends and family members. That’s important to us because it means we’re providing the kind of effective, hands-on care that people trust
We take great pride in providing the technical advancements and personal care to diagnose, test, and treat patients recovering from the pain and physical limitations caused by injuries, accidents, and illnesses. In 2003, Josh completed a nine-month long term manual therapy course. This rigorous continuing education course was specially designed to enhance manual therapy skills. Josh developed advanced hands-on techniques that have proven to be a tremendous asset to his patients throughout his career. He has advanced training in treating the shoulder, knee and spine as well as temporal mandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ).
